It’s December, and what could be more appropriate than an adventure leading up to midnight on New Year’s Eve!
Featuring more beautiful art by @ManaDawnTTG, including a cutaway map of the clocktower, Countdown Crisis puts players in a position where they need to race against the clock to save the increasingly tense and hostile local residents.
As the year’s final moments approach, the grand clock tower of Rolling Coast stands tall against the darkening sky, its glowing face a beacon for the park’s jubilant crowds. Mice and sparrows flit through the bustling clocktower square alongside the food court, gathering crumbs and marvelling at the humans’ dazzling preparations for the midnight countdown.
But beneath the festive cheer, a chilling silence looms. The clock’s bell has stilled, its hammer no longer swinging. Panic ripples through the small creatures of the park: if the humans’ celebrations do not go according to plan, their wrath could bring ruin to the clock tower—and everyone who calls it home.
A desperate Cogsgood, the mouse caretaker of the tower, pleads for brave adventurers to ascend its soaring heights, uncover the saboteur, and fix the mechanism before time runs out. Midnight approaches, and with it, the fate of a cherished tradition hangs by a thread. Will you save the celebration?
